Call it roughly $390. In November 2025 the identical build was about $205. So the ratio against the Mac mini went from $205 vs $599 (2.9×) to $390 vs $799 (2.0×), and against the $499 leftover 256GB stock the gap is close to $110. A machine that is now at price parity with N100 mini PCs is competing on a different axis than it was a year ago.
